Is Loki Cosmetics curely free? 

Yes! We are proudly cruelty free and 100% vegan. All of our products are and always will be cruelty free. 

Do you provide returns? 

Yes, we do provide returns if a product is damaged. A replacement product will be supplied for any returns. We can not provide a return if the product has been damaged by the customer. Please contact us via our email address [email protected] if you recieve a damaged product. 

Do you accept refunds? 

Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds. If the product comes in the mail damaged we do accept replacement items. 

What if I get an allergic reaction? 

We list every ingrediant put into our product therefore we are not responsible for any allergic reactions. If this happens please see a medical professional and we hope that you are okay! 

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, we do! All of our products can be shipped outside of Australia at an exteneded rate and shipping time. Please allow 10-20 days for your order to arrive from dispatch. 

How do I track my order? 

When your order has been shipped you will be sent an email with the tracking code. 

Do you accept free shipping? 

Orders over $50 within Australia will have free shipping, please use the code LOKIFREE to activate! 

Can I make changes to my order after i've placed the order?

Do you have afterpay payments?

Not at the moment, sorry! This is definitely something that we are working on for the future, as we sure do love it and we definitely want to make it an option! 

Where is the MUA discount?

Please email us at [email protected] to be sent the MUA discount. Please include your website links in your first email so we know you're a makeup artist.
